Advice from a Spiritual Friend: Summer Festival Review

After receiving teachings and inspiration from Venerable Geshe Kelsang at the annual Summer Festival in England, Matthew will give a review of the first week of teachings. He will share with us Geshe-la's heartfelt advice on connecting to our potential through developing love and compassion.

Spacious Mind, Peaceful Mind

Through understanding and connecting to the blissful, spacious nature of our mind, we can learn to see through the confusion that leads us into the same negative patterns over and over again. Come learn to let go of the painful states of mind that give rise to all our problems, and learn to enjoy the natural peace that is our own nature.
